My overall experience at Ruck Hotel was great. The staff was very kind and they went above and beyond to fulfill any requests I had. The pick up at the airport was really appreciated and it made my travel very smooth. The food offered in the restaurant was excellent and so was the service there. The hotel itself was about 20 minutes drive from the Old Lyon and about same from the airport. It was perfectly close to my business place.

We had a death in the family while we were there, and the staff showed great care for us in our situation. The restaurant had a somewhat limited menu, but all dishes were expertly prepared with an excellent wine list. The hotel's rugby theme (the rugby stadium is right next door) adds a dollop of fun to the place.

Lots of style and nice touches, everywhere super clean, beds very comfortable. Food delicious. Right next to metro for easy ride into city centre.
